EZLOK涂膠牙套介紹：
       EZLOK涂膠牙套的內外都有螺紋，將其安裝進入各種材料的螺絲孔內，可以形成一個標準的螺絲孔，每一個EZLOK品牌的涂牙套的外螺紋上都會有一層粘合濟，EZLOK牙套在安裝進入螺絲孔后，就會釋放該粘合劑，使EZLOK涂膠牙套與材料內螺紋快速粘合，并且在72小時內完全固化，不用擔心會有螺紋松動的問題。（EZLOK Thread inserts are threaded metal bush having internal and external threading which can be fastened into a pe-threaded hole using a screw driver key slot given at the top of the thread insert. These inserts are coated with dry encapsulated Loctite adhesive which when introduced to the internal threads release the adhesive for bonding the thread assembly. At full cure 72 hours）

EZLOK涂膠牙套應用：（Application of EZLOK hread inserts: ）
       1：提高螺絲孔的強度，防止螺絲孔受到損壞；（to improve the strength of screw hole, preventing the screw hole damage; ）
        2：增強螺絲也耐磨的性能，提高產品質量；（ to enhance the performance of the screw also wear, improve the quality of products; ）
        3：用于防止材料螺絲孔被銹蝕。（to prevent the screw hole is corroded material. ）

EZLOK涂膠牙套拆卸方法：
         EZLOK涂膠螺套可以通過利用螺栓提取或使用加熱到超過300攝氏度的溫度就可以拆卸涂膠牙螺套。（EZLOK threaded inserts can be removed easly with a bolt extractor or by heating the inserts to over 300 Deg. F）
